Your mission:
You analyze production line problems and publish reports, maintain engineering specifications, work instructions and initiate trials on optical fluid dispensing products. Moreover, you initiate and implement cost reduction ideas, redesign products and coordinate special feasibility projects. With preciseness, you investigate and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, perform required repairs and calibrations to the production line, train the Knowles production facilities and subcontract manufactures on new products and methods.
 
Yourself:

You hold a degree in engineering with relevant work experience in the engineering field. You ideally know the optic development environment and have tooling and automation experience in a manufacturing environment. Should you further have global manufacturing experience, be familiar with advanced manufacturing engineering techniques and on top of that have already performed complex projects, you are our ideal candidate.
