THE COMPANY
This well established company has been in operation for over 50 years and have offices in Queensland, NSW and the ACT. The company has a large amount of jobs running at one time, and hence they are always busy and active.
THE ROLE
Has become available due to growth within the company and is available for an immediate start. Within this role you will be responsible for the following;
Allocations of receivable to multiple projects
Collections to commercial accounts
High volume accounts payable data entry
Cheque runs
Bank reconciliations
Supplier statement reconciliations
American Express statement reconciliations
Time sheet matching & processing
Relief Reception & Administration as required
Ad Hoc duties as requested by Management
The accounts team is small, and all staff have been working with the company for up to 10 years. The right person for this role will possess the following qualities;
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a similar role
Work well in a team
Focused & be able to fit into previously laid structure within the company
Easy going personality
Strong communication skills
Relevant qualifications are desirable
Able to work un-supervised and take initiative
