Responsibilities:
    To be responsible for the financial management of the Company and its subsidiary companies in accordance with the policies as laid down and implemented by the Management.
    To prepare consolidate accounts for the Company and liaise with external auditors for statutory audit purposes. Ensure timely monthly reporting to management.
    To prepare and monitor annual budget, cash flow projection and profit forecasts.
    Treasury management, in charge of cash management, banking facilities requirements, debtors and creditors control.

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate of ACCA, CIMA, CPA or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Registered MIA member is a MUST.
    Knowledge of Group Consolidation and Taxation is compulsory, with adequate experience in handling cash flow projections, budgetary controls, internal controls, knowledge of up to date Financial Reporting Standard and also familiar with Bursa Requirements and Company Act.
    Possess initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability.
    Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
    Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Others preferred language: Chinese.
    Preferable some years in the audit firm and manufacturing industry.
    At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
