Responsibilities:
Provide admin support to Sales & Marketing division
Data entry, generate report
Maintain proper document filing system
Support in purchase request
Assist in quotation and raise job order
Handle incoming & outgoing correspondences (eg. faxes, mails, couriers, parcles)

Requirements:
Minimum GCE O / A Level, NITEC or equivalent
Fresh Diploma holder are welcome to apply
Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
