Our Client located in White Plains is seeking an AP Analyst to join their accounting team on a temp to perm basis. Hourly rate is $16-20 DOE.

Permanent salary is 45-50K Base.

•Processing of accounting payable
•Coding and entering of invoices
•Printing Checks
•Periodic reconciliation of vendor aging statements
•Communication with sales personnel and vendor organizations
•Data entry and maintenance of internal tracking system
•Creation and distribution of monthly reports
•Occasional support on special projects

Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
•Detail oriented, quality conscious individual
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in accounts payable
•Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
•Strong mathematical skills
