Apprentice Secretary - Sevenoaks District Council - Kent - UK

We are seeking to recruit an Apprentice Secretary to provide a confidential secretarial support to our Management Team and Heads of Service.
You must be experienced in using Microsoft Word for word processing, and Microsoft Outlook for e-mail and calendars. Good customer service skills, a flexible approach and an ability to work well within a team are also essential.
You will provide a support role, covering all the requirements of a busy office including diary management, the production of accurate and well presented typing and administrative support, under supervision from other secretaries. You will need to work on your own initiative, have a flexible approach, and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload.
In addition to the above, the role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
