Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities as needed.
Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with Import and export rules and regulations
Attends to queries relating to shipping documents.
Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationship and handle customer complaints.

Minimum CPT / DPT trained
With at least 1 year working experience with young children
Independent with passion for teaching
Strong communication skills
Able to communicate well with the children

· Prepare GST quarterly report to IRAS
· Prepare monthly closing and full set of books independently
· Prepare p&l statement, balance sheet and audit schedules
· Prepare bank, supplier and debtor reconciliations
· Process inter-company billings
· Liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents
· Handle account payables and receivables

- Provide support on Sales & Marketing campaigns
- Follow up of customers and vendors
- Take part in day to day administrative routine
- Provide full admin support to the team and office
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the office.

Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting
Act in response to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
