Our West Edmonton based client is seeking an IT Specialist/Network Analyst to maintain, support, and optimize key infrastructure areas, including workstations, networks, servers, databases, security, and data communications. o Minimum of three (3) years of relevant technical experience is required

This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of client service quality controls and communication. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Client Accounts Manager ensures exceptional delivery standards are being met and that a timely response is being provided to our client companies. This individual is also responsible for identifying and renewing client service agreements (client retention) and identifying obstacles and opportunities for improvement in our service delivery model.

Responsible for all logistics operation, stock control, process improvement
Posses strong managerial skills in handling people, ability to work under pressure environment and able to work long hours, if required
Co-ordinate with internal customers, suppliers, customers and shipping forwarders
Ensure compliance to government agencies and customs department procedures
Manage stock movement and maintain inventory
Manage the warehouse daily logistic operation for higher efficiency
Planning of raw materials to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to meet customers' requirement / orders
Able to lead & manage a production team in meeting quality standards, goals and production targets

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 5 - 10 year(s) of related working experience.
Ensure project objective are achieved and projects are delivered successfully in accordance with agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality and safety standards.
Highly self motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
Meticulous, confident, highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills and strong leadership to lead a team of site personnel.
Good communication and negotiation skills and able to handle authorities/consultants/sub-contractors effectively.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounts.
• Responsible for the cash flow projection of the business units.
• Co-ordinate on audit matters and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Administer Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable of designated stations.
• Maintain journal entries, reconciliation for general ledger matter.
• Update and monitor budget including budgetary controls.
• Administer banking transactions including internet banking.
• Group consolidation, accounting and statutory reporting

Must be a registered as a Certified Safety Officer
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
Familiar with Health, Safety and Environmental issues for typical construction project and requirements by OSHA
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
