The Electrical Engineer / Project Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects.

To support the growing volume of work, they are now looking for an experienced developer or ASP.Net solutions who is skilled in the use of ASP.Net based content management systems.

The role is initially a contract role lasting one month, but could well become a permanent role afterwards.

Going beyond a pure development role, you will support sales staff in shaping the scope and solutions approach for engagements, and be involved in client meetings. In doing so, you will draw on previous experience analysing and translating client requirements.

Degree/Diploma holder – Computers/Electronics/Telecom
Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in electronics/telecom/computers
Self motivated with strong communication skills
Ability to build and maintain dealer network and customer relationship
Fluency in English

- Set the working Projects Processes/Methodologies / system and requirements to be followed by the PMs
- Ensures that Set systems are implemented and adhered to in running the operations.
- Manage and lead the Projects operation to maximize business performance in terms of revenue and profit margins whilst ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating and Recommending for HR Manager for hiring, discharges, promotions and salary actions, for personnel within the operation.
- Coordinating with HR Department for Operation team, including performance reviews, coaching, training and all other aspects of Standard Personnel Policy.
- Direct, plan and prioritize the use of the group’s resources to achieve the optimum utilization and profitability whilst continually assessing group performance to identify and implement improvement actions.

Registration enquiries by providing new enquiry no with relevant details like Client Name, Subject, Closing Date, etc. Maintaining an internal software system called GOLDMINE. It includes entry of all enquires in to the system and scheduling submission date, site visit date, etc. Accordingly generation of Bids Information Reports on every alternative day for monitoring the Submission of Enquiries, Site Visit, Meetings, Tech Clarification Submission, etc and distribution to concerned disciplines.

Education : Degree/Diploma holder – Computers/Electronics/Telecom.
