Assistant Accounts and Admin Coordinator - Kuwait

A leading Shipping and Logistics firm, with over 300 offices world wide is looking for an Asst. Accounts and Admin Coordinator for its courier division.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• The incumbent will be responsible for the daily uploading and posting of payment vouchers in the System.
• Responsible for following up for the payments of outstanding.
• Preparing monthly invoice
• Daily audit of export airway bills and Updating export cash receipts.

REQUIREMENTS
• 2-3 yrs of working experience in accounts field.
• Good familiarity with figures.
• Honest and dedicated to his/her work.
• Good knowledge of accounting, preferably with an accounting degree.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
