Job Description / Responsibility
Minimum 10-12 years working experience required on the related field(s). The ideal candidate needs to oversee the Sales & Marketing Department and works in achieving the target’s market positioning and revenue goals.
The post is result oriented and the candidate is to get the target achieved through Marketing force of the company and be able to lead a team.
The practical application of Marketing Strategy and implementation of laid down marketing policy of the company will be vested with him.

Educational Requirements
Master degree required, preferably Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Marketing from any reputed institutions / Equivalent education from a reputed national /foreign university with sound academic background.

Experience Requirements
10 to 12 year(s)

Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support/Client Service, Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate/ Developer

Had experience with diverse cultures (could come from extensive travel).
Computer skills and knowledge on “Opera” or “Fidelio”.
Extensive hospitality background.
