Assistant Logistics Manager - Anveron Consulting - Singapore

SCOPE
• Responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager to manage day-to-day operation for all business units and to drive and maintain key programs
• Ensure all the logistics and freight activities co-ordination are executed seamlessly
• Maintain good record keeping within the team such as Service Level Agreement documentations for freight and distribution
• Perform transportation cost simulation and able to do simple cost analysis
• Ensure SAP transactions are performed on time
• Validate all invoice verification and processing
• Maintain Quarter Business Report transactional data information and ensure data accuracy
• Constantly drive for operational process improvement

REQUIREMENTS
• 2 to 3 years experience in logistics industry
• Tertiary Education
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Team player who supports team goals and accomplishes own tasks
• Good communication skills
 
5 day work week. 8.30am to 5.30pm.
