Audit Manager Forensic (m/f)
You will have hands-on business experience with a diverse number of businesses and industries operating within the Siemens structure. In this role you are responsible for conducting and managing complex accounting fraud and other investigations worldwide into allegations of fraud, irregularities and other suspicions of misconduct, including assigned staff. Depending on specific investigation, incumbent could perform in a management role, as part of a team or an individual contributor hands-on role.
Intercultural awareness and sensitivity will help you to perform work in international assignments in diverse teams. You will interact with the Siemens Top Management as our customers are the Audit Committee, Board of Management of the Siemens AG, Sector/Divisional Management, Cluster Management, and Corporate Department Heads.
As you are part of our dedicated career development model, we expect you to take a first development step within CF A followed by an executive role within Siemens’ business.

Tasks
Responsibility for the management and execution of selected audit engagements throughout your region
Evaluating audit observations and determining the root cause of issues
Assessing the level of impact on the business and assisting management to put appropriate plans in place
Liaise under supervision of the Engagement Director with management in order to drive the CF A Risk Assessment process
Supporting and enhancing the audit methodology, promoting quality, developing an in-depth knowledge of the operations and risks for businesses operating within your regio
Establish, maintain and leverage cross-regional relationships
Provide management and guidance for audit team members and perform quality reviews of work

Profile
A minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in accounting and / or relevant internal or external audit experience in a consulting or public accounting firm
Experience in managing multiple financial audit projects or investigations concurrently

International fieldwork experience
Experience in working in one of the industries in which Siemens operates is preferable
Excellent communication skills in English; German or other languages desirable
Eagerness to be exposed to significant business travel

Practice
The Forensic Audit practice adds value and improves the worldwide business operations of Siemens AG and its affiliated companies, by independently and objectively evaluating and reporting on accounting and financial reporting fraud investigations in a systematic and disciplined manner.
Positions are available in Munich, Iselin, and Beijing.
