The Project Manager (PM) will act as the focal point at the CLP-IMO project office. S/he will be responsible for the overall coordination, planning and management of all project activities of CLP. S/he will be responsible to make the field implementation/specific operational plan and accordingly mobilize the project staff ensuring optimum utilization of human resources to achieve the project objectives. Translate all the files of the beneficiaries from the nutrition centre (GMP, SFP, OTP, SC, sprinkles distribution).
Translate nutrition documents from English to local language (trainings, modules, articles…)
Translate Nutrition related documents from local language to English (questionnaire, monitoring forms, etc)
Print, copy and send the documents when needed.
Keep informed of any administrative, staff, logistics problem on the nutrition program and report to in charge nutrition program manager at the office and follow-up.

Maintaining of existing Integrated Hospital Management (Billing, Pharmacy, Pathology, Patient Management, Patient History, Accounts, Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, Store (with assets) Management, Food and Beverage Management and PABX) Software as like as ERP Solutions and Database related any task such as data analysis and checking data consistency, maintaining data and data preservation etc.

Oversees and directs budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for the group of companies.
