Boutique Manager - ClarisT Resources - Singapore

Industry leader in luxury and lifestyle designer fashion brands is seeking for dynamic Individual to join the Organization as Boutique Manager!

Responsibility
Reporting to the Retail & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operational duties such as management of stocks, pricing and coding of merchandise, display of merchandise, maintenance of the overall cleanliness and appearance of the boutique and etc. Key functions include managing and motivating sales staffs to achieve sales targets set for the boutique, merchandise selection, inventory management, budgetary forecast and ensuring an image consistency with the brand.

Requirement
•Strong leadership quality in leading boutique staff to optimize sales and excel in customer service
•Proven track record in retail operations, especially with an international fashion label
•Strong planning, administration and organizational skills
•Numeric and proficient in MS Office software applications
•Effective interpersonal and communication skills
•Able to multi-task
