Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
To implement Insurance software products:
Responsible for capturing business requirements from the customer
Responsible for documenting the requirements and providing business solutions
Responsible to map insurance products to suit with the customer's requirements
Conducting quality assurance tests or internal testing before releasing to customers
Supporting user acceptance tests as well as providing post-production support to the project team
Ready to take assignments with a high degree of complexity and broad scope
Able to understand the issues from the customers and able to communicate the appropriate solutions until the case is closed

Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2-3 years working experience in the Insurance (Life or non life) industry
Strong conceptual, ability to analysis information and communication
Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing
Ability to work in a team environment
Degree required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information System, Computer Science
Self-starter with ability to operate with minimum supervision
