Business Development - PT Mobafone Indonesia - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for delivering sales in order to maintain our historical strong profitable growth performance. You will be able to demonstrate a broad network of contacts to deliver such.
You will be capable of leading and motivating a team, being a team player and working efficiently and independently to achieve profit targets.
Tasks will include targeting and meeting new prospects, discussing needs and conceptualizing profitable solutions based on our capabilities and existing product mix.
Sectors of the market to be targeted include TV broadcasting & production companies, Consumer Good Companies, Mobile Telecommunication providers, the Music Industry, banking/insurance companies and other targets as identified in conjunction with senior management.
You will take responsibility for the timely production of Sales Planning & Monitoring Reports that are to include inter alia, a monthly report on accounts receivable, comprehensive project list (targets, pipeline, in progress), and updated forecasts by project and customers.

Requirements:
Female/male
Maximum 30 years old
Min 3 years experience as Senior Account Executive Radio/TV/Advertising Agency
Min. Bachelor Degree (Master degree would be advantageous)
Target oriented
Having good relation with media (print, radio, TV), Consumer Goods Company, banks and other potential targets
Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong conceptual development skills
Posses broad network and client database
Must be able to work under pressure, work in teams & satisfy client needs
Posses high level of creativity and be a team player
Be a self starter with strong initiative
Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
Computer literate
