Responsibilities:
Develop training program for national wide bancassurance channel distriburion and monitoring the implementation and working together with distribution to monitor and develop the skill of sales force, and review the modul of training for new and existing sales force.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in english both oral & written and computer literate.
Good communication & interpersonal skills, high integrity & able to work under pressure.
