Job description
The Campaign Administrator is responsible for assisting the team with the booking and scheduling of instore promotions. They also work closely with the promotion agencies and follow up on general queries. If clients wants ZaPOP to handle their campaigns the Campaign Administrator will source the work out, handle all problems that might arise, ensure that all promotional elements are delivered on time.
Overall Responsibilities:
Loading of Campaigns on the System.
Running promotions, dealing direct with agencies.
Processing sales and comments for feedbacks.
Phone agencies if found wrongfully in stores.
Assisting agencies over weekends with problems.
Compiling weekly and Final feedback reports for clients.
Requirements
Excellent organisation skills.
Computer skills i.e. Excel, Word, Internet, Email.
Good communication skills.
Admin orientated.
Able to prioritize tasks.
Background knowledge of in-store promotions
