| Job Description | Required Urgently for Reputed contracting company in Dubai, Civil Estimators and Quantity Surveyor having experience of minimum 1 years in UAE with following requirement; Study the Tender documents & raising the Queries to consultant/client for the discrepancy in Tender documents. Sending Enquiries to Sub-Contractors for Sub-Contract items. Working Quantities as per drawing & Items mentioned in BOQ. Estimating with current market rates as per General & Particular Specifications. Knowledge of understanding of contract condition & Fedics Condition of contract will have added advantage though it is not Mandatory. Having experience of work in Industrial Buildings is Preferable. |
