Client Accounts Manager - BeneFACT - Toronto ON - Canada

Job Description
This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of client service quality controls and communication. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Client Accounts Manager ensures exceptional delivery standards are being met and that a timely response is being provided to our client companies. This individual is also responsible for identifying and renewing client service agreements (client retention) and identifying obstacles and opportunities for improvement in our service delivery model.

This role requires:
Engaging clients to renew their contracts
Daily contact with clients to arrange service delivery, provide status updates & acquire feedback
Consistent and detailed documentation of client services rendered & client communication
Implementing and administering new ways of surveying clients and assessing satisfaction
Evaluating, coordinating and leveraging internal resources to meet client service delivery objectives with accuracy, efficiency and excellence.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses outstanding relationship, communication, internal sales, customer focus, and time management skills. Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is a must.

THE TASKS:
Initiate contact to welcome new clients & schedule introductory meetings
Manage, coordinate, track and follow through with consultant schedules
Documenting & evaluating the service delivery timeline within the Client Services division
Post-service surveys of clients to evaluate and document quality & efficiency
Researching & implementing new opportunities and tools for client engagement
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact (including regular telephone and email communications)
Tracking, initiating and successfully completing client contract renewals

Skills
THE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with a client base of 500+ nationwide
5+ years of experience with aggressive client retention metrics and contract renewal targets. Progressive sales techniques and methodologies required.
Assertive, goal-oriented and highly organized. Self-motivated and focused. Able to make an impact and able influence others.
Demonstrated project management skills
Demonstrated client satisfaction and service coordination experience
Highly developed multi-tasking, communication (written & verbal) organizational and time management skills
Highly adpt with Microsoft Office
University or College degree in Business Administration or related area
Criminal and Credit Check may be required as part of hiring process.
