The Armstrong Motor Group is one of Wellington’s most prestigious car dealerships for a range of reputable, innovative and economic vehicle brands, namely, Subaru, Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive customer service professional, to represent the Armstrong Motor Group Sales Department in a frontline Customer Sales Advisor Role. The key responsibilities in this role is to contact our prospect database to discover potential sales leads, manage every day sales enquiries both over internet and phone, after sales follow up, and hosting customers for the sales team should they be unavailable.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous customer service experience, proactive client approach, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly build rapport face to face and over the phone with all kinds of people. Sound computer skills in Microsoft packages (mainly Word and Excel) as well as the ability to quickly pick up new software programmes is essential. Having a strong sales focus in your work history will also be advantageous.
