Customer Service Assistant - Sumitomo Bakelite Singapore Pte - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities as needed.
Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with Import and export rules and regulations
Attends to queries relating to shipping documents.
Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationship and handle customer complaints.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' / 'A' level or Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience.
Resourceful individual and a good team player
Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.
