Customer Service Representative Apprenticeship Positions - Sevenoaks District Council - Kent - UK

Are you interested in a career in Customer Services? If so, we have a vacancy for you to join our Apprenticeship training scheme within our busy Customer Services Contact Centre. This opportunity will provide you with hands on practical experience of working in a Contact Centre environment, answering queries and questions on Council wide issues. You will be using the telephone combined with the very latest Contact Centre IT systems.

You will have a helpful and flexible attitude focussed on providing customer care to our local residents, and be able to work as part of a team. You will need to have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and be familiar with using PCs. Full training will be provided to help build the customer service and technical skills required for this career.
