Collection Point Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Customer Service Telephone operator to join our busy city firm.
 
The successful candidate will assist our clientele with queries they may have in relation to documents or letters they have received from our office. This will be on a daily basis and to maintain this sustainable position the successful candidate must be extremely motivated, bubbly in personality and will have confidence on the telephone in returning our clients calls throughout the day.
 
This is not a sales position and no experience is required but preferred. Full on the job training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
 
The position would be suitable for a person that meets the above criteria. Mature aged persons, together with younger persons such as juniors are all welcome to apply for this position.
 
Immediate start is required and the base salary does apply with this position; however this is negotiable should the successful candidate possess experience. There is plenty of overtime work if you want to make more money also.
