Your Responsibilities:
Assure sustainability of quality in all products, business integrations and expansions of our business unit
Responsibility for the growth and continuous improvement of our TQM system and the organization based on the EFQM model for Excellence
Responsible for regulatory compliance of system and processes with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
Responsible for the planning and performing of internal and international audits (customers, suppliers, authorities and notified bodies)
Personal, technical and administrative management of the team
Active team member in acquisition and merger projects and in the development of our product portfolios
 
Your Profile:
University degree (PhD or Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optics or Physics
Extensive leadership experience in Program Management and Project Management
Management Experience in regulated markets (preferably Biotech / Medical sector)
Entrepreneural thinking has been applied in concrete actions
Strong doer with ability to drive the roll-out of quality tools and methods
Multiple years of extensive experience with evident success in Q-Systems of global companies that are listed (NYSE, NASDAQ, DAX)
Strong doer with sound knowledge of all Quality instruments and methods
LEAN Six Sigma certified (Certified Master Black Belt or certified Black Belt with Master Black Belt training)
Global mindset
Strong claim to Leadership
Excellent German and English language skills (business fluent)
