We have an immediate opening in our YVR Airport location for a Freight Forwarding Logistician within our Sea.Air department. This position offers exciting challenges and many opportunities for growth.

Duties:
- Correspond daily with agent in Korea (updated flight schedule, cargo status)
- Coordinate Ocean import (from Asia) & Air Export (to Europe, USA, South America) shipments
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers and clients to effectively complete each shipment
- Liaise with transporter, airlines and shipping line for shipment release and booking
- Prepare documentation for air, ocean, and truck shipments
- Prepare profitability reports for all sea.air cargo

Ability to speak and read in Korean is a necessity. The successful candidate will possess post-secondary degree or diploma in related field and will have a minimum 2 years experience in a freight and/or logistics environment. The individual we seek will be detail orientated, work well under pressure and have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Compensation:
- $33,000 - $40,000/annually
- Extended medical, Dental and life insurance coverage
- Profit sharing
