Full Time Tech Support - Branford - Connecticut - USA America

Job Purpose:
Solve customer and production problems with new and installed systems.  Process paperwork and equipment returns.  Create and maintain customer documentation.  Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties:
Assist customers over the phone with systems installed in the field.  Problems can be simple or complex and require troubleshooting on test systems.
•Assist production building and troubleshooting customer systems
•Create and maintain customer documentation
•Process returns from customers
•Work with engineering to develop new products

Skills/Qualifications:
•High School Diploma
•Electronic/Field Service Experience a must
•Good phone skills
•Team player
