General Management of all business in Russia and CIS (sales, marketing, service)
Development of sales and service strategies for the OEM-business and subsequent implementing
Expansion of the network to industrial and governmental decision makers
Further development of the brand in the Russian/CIS market
Observation of the market and analysis of customer-, product-, and competition-related information
Direct reporting to the German HQ
 
Requirements:
Technical degree with commercial experience or degree in business administration with long technical experience
Excellent knowledge of the machine building industry and the relevant markets in Russia/CIS
Sales experience in Russia with documented success
Market-oriented entrepreneur with an industrial management background
Excellent skills in Russian and very good skills in English or German
