Our client is a worldwide leader in database software & CRM applications for business professionals. Their customer base has exploded and millions of users enjoy the fruits of their research and development on a daily basis. Due to this success they are now hiring a German senior technical support analyst.
Role:
As part of a pan-European team, in a contract basis, you will work on a B2B project facing average highly skilled clients (IT managers of small structures / medium size IT outsourcer) troubleshooting raid issues. Alongside with a selection of European experts you will provide remote technical support and help the company to improve their products as you will replicate customer issues in laboratory environment and provide relevant feedback to the client.
Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with at least 2-3 years experience in hardware / software support, PCP and good command of MS. Preferably experience in remote support at a 2nd / 3rd level. Knowledge of every different aspects of the network administration (hard- and software) in addition to a willingness to learn about state-of-art equipment. Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills are mandatory. Each specialist will be in charge of his country so if fluency in English is mandatory a native fluency in German is mandatory.
