The role:
Maximise long term potential of a global brand by building and maintaining consumer relevant and brand equities across world markets.
Develop and communicate strategic guidelines to user markets including brand positioning, mission, target consumer and mix to build brand potential.
Strategic development of full mix including product, packaging, pricing and ATL / BTL comms
Monitor local execution ensuring international integrity of brand is consistent.
Work closely with Regional, Global Marketing colleagues, Innovation, Insights, Global Trade / Shopper Marketing and external agencies.
Develop relevant direct reports.

The Candidate:
Blue chip marketing platform in food / drink; consumer healthcare or consumer goods.
Management Consultancy experience would be an advantage.
Global / multi market experience.
Multi-lingual and international literacy.
Project management and general leadership skills.
Commercial focus.
Track record of building brands.
Shaper and influencer.
Great communicator, networker, team player and intellect.
International mobility for future general management opportunities.
