Ihre Aufgaben:
Processing of incoming 2nd Level hotline and e-mail requests from our international customer facing functions.
Coordination of Instrument Service trainings in the area of hardware, software and application in different locations (national and international)
Responsible to define, update and maintain service documentation
Development and communication of technical notes e.g. Service Bulletins
Representing «Service Solutions» needs in «Systems Management Team» (Product Lifecycle)
Local onsite Field Service support in case of customer emergencies (national and international)
 
Die Anforderungen:
Technical and/or scientific degree/education in electronics/life science
Experience in execution of training courses as well as in providing technical
documentation
Ability handling difficult «trouble-shooting» situations
Willingness to perform with high level of customer orientation
Strong communication skills with ability to work in interdisciplinary and global teams
Willingness to travel, national and internationally (max. 25% of working time)
Good English language skills in speech and writing (German knowledge is of advantage)
