Breastscreen Auckland Limited are looking for an exceptional GP Liaison Officer/Health Promoter to join our team in promoting the effective recruitment of eligible women and the active engagement of General Practitioners into the Breast Screening Programme (Breastscreen Aoteroa) for the central Auckland region.

The ideal candidate will have:
•Experience of working in the health care community with exposure to diverse ethnic groups.
•An understanding of how to establish networks, develop relationships and supportive links with the medical and general community.
•Experience, passion and drive in working with screening recruitment strategies, especially for priority groups.
•Commitment to the provision of quality health services and ability to promote the BreastScreen profile.
•Proven communication skills, excellent time management and computer knowledge.
•Experience in target driven environments.

This is a part-time position (0.6 FTE) that requires flexibility to attend community meetings and occasional Saturday promotional events.
