A vacancy exist for the post of Hardware Engineer to facilitate general IT troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities
    * Installation of client operating systems and troubleshooting.
    * PC’s and printers software and driver installation and troubleshooting.
    * Virus guard installation and troubleshooting.
    * On site customer support on general IT issues.
    * Providing user training.

Qualifications and Experience
    * Diploma in Hardware Engineering
    * Microsoft certified professional (MCP) windows 7 or XP - client
    * Pass in GCE A/L
    * 1 -2 years experience in IT hardware/infrastructure
