London Probation Trust is a law enforcement agency, and its aim is to reduce re-offending and support victims of crime across the capital. We supervise offenders each of whom has a detailed programme of rehabilitation.

We now have a vacancy for a Receptionist based at Hounslow Local Delivery Unit. As customer care is an essential element of the way all services are delivered by all London Probation you will have a key role in providing an effective and efficient first point of contact with all visitors and telephone callers. Your main duties will include answering a busy switchboard, greeting visitors and managing appointments. You’ll also provide office support where necessary.

We’re looking for experience in a reception/telephonist role, as well as the self-motivated and confidence to work in a busy office environment. Basic keyboard and WP skills are also a must, along with proven team working, time management and communication skills.
