Job description
Human Resources Officer required to establish an internal facility for leading Cape Town advertising agency, Draftfcb, reporting to the Managing Director, Godfrey Morley.

This position requires a self-motivated, self-managed individual, passionate about the practice of meaningful Human Resources within a business team; in this case, a dynamic team of advertising professionals.

It needs an HR experienced person - some three to five years HR experience - with regards to the handling of HR Administration and Recruitment in terms of advertising, response management and selection, including interviewing and reference checking to shortlist for presentation to Line Managers. The successful incumbent will be well versed with Performance Management - from involvement in Job Profiling to the execution of Performance Appraisal systems. This position carries the responsibility of ensuring the co-ordination of a meaningful Induction Programme as and when required. Successful applicants must be able to make reference to previous Facilitation, Mediation and Counselling experience.
