IT ASSISTANT - Kinetic Recruitment - New Zealand

ASAP start – up to 6 months work

You will be the first point of contact in this role for any IT faults or requests for changes. You will need to be self managed yet take direction well, and have the ability to deal with people from all backgrounds.

Some tasks will include;
First point of contact for all employees
Manage first line IT support
PC/laptop support including troubleshooting, printer issues, log in issues
Desk moves and set ups
Providing backup support of key project resources
Problem solve issues and escalate when necessary
 
Assisting with project reporting
Asset Management – facilitate and coordinate laptops/monitors/desktops/phones
