Our client in the Pharmaceutical sector is looking for an IT Consultant .Net Developer with C#, .NET framework 3.5 based in Brussels for  from 3  to 6 month contract in Belgium.. Key skills are C#, .NET framework 3.5

The ideal candidate will have min. 5 years experience; in-depth Software Development and Programming experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. He/she must have as well Software Development Best Practices & Methodologies. Experience in knowledge management systems and search engines is a plus.

The candidate must have visual Studio 2008 or above, C#, .NET framework 3.5, HTML, CSS, XML and XSLT. Nice also to have experience in development of SharePoint web parts, WSDL, SOAP, WS-Security and basic knowledge of Java. You must speak fluent English; French is a plus.

The deliveries consist of the development of SharePoint 2010 web parts. This includes not only the visual design of the web parts but also the connection to external systems through the use of web services. These web parts will provide access to basic search features like full text search but also to advanced functionalities like attributes search or faceted search.

The mission is to provide a technical support to develop and maintain the company's enterprise search solutions. This encompasses the development, testing and implementation of the system. The consultant will have the opportunity to deepen his SharePoint knowledge as a developer and to acquire a background in search engines.

You will need to be autonomous and fast learner. You will have good communication skills (verbal and written), ability to integrate quickly an existing small team where specifications and priorities can vary.

 Due to location, candidates must have their own car as it is not possible to travel there by public transport.
