The role will involve working within a team to develop a wide variety of applications solutions for leading NZ and Global organisations. Core technologies you will work with will be Java, J2EE and the next generation of Java frameworks, as well as some web based development in .Net, C#.

Ideally you will be degree qualified in information technology, with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in software development in Java tools (Hybernate, JBOS etc), and enjoy learning and becoming proficient in new technologies.

You will be an excellent communicator, with previous experience liaising with clients/users; and be comfortable in a customer facing role.

Any experience in an Agile development environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
