The task:
represent our client to the dedicated Key Accounts and take actions to achieve the given and agreed business targets
cooperate with Regional Managers and Area Sales Managers to achieve growth in the defines Key Accounts
responsible for the customer growth
make up activity plans according to the company strategy for customers
decide on conditions and discounts for the dedicated customers within the companies strategy
define acting rules for Key Account Management together with Sales Director
decide on WKZ investments within given budgets
develop Key Account Strategy and yearly activity plans to exploit the business potential
yearly negotiating of conditions
represent the Key Account inside our clients organization and make sure that the profile, ways of doing business and their requirements are well understood
compiling of monthly reports and 3 month rolling forecasts
regular analysis of the Key Accounts business structure and performance with our client
control and steer WKZ budgets
co-work with regional heads and Area Sales Managers
price Protection and charge back clearance processes
pricing and line-up for the dedicated Key Accounts
Required qualification:
good knowledge of leading Buying Groups
sales attitude (Hunting & Farming)
strong execution capability, business minded
good communication and organizational skills
professional attitude in handling with internal and external customers
very good English skills
