Ideally, this person will need 
Experience with 3D Kitchen program or used a kitchen design program
Also willing to be able to cold call on building clients
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Have a strong focus on what customer wants.
Have good attention to detail
Be a team player
Also if possible an immediate start would be an advantage but not a necessity.
