Huka Prawn Park located in Great Lake Taupo is looking for an energetic & enthusiastic member to take the reins of our busy a la carte kitchen.

This is predominately a daytime role and requires a close working relationship with the owners.  You are tasked with managing all aspects of the kitchen.  This includes managing food & wage costs, menu planning, stock and quality control, and hands on leadership of your team.  Your passion and capability for producing great food is coupled by your competence in running an effective and profitable kitchen.
