China World Trade Center, located in the core of Beijing Central Business District, is the top mixed-use development in the capital of China with a total built-up area of 860,000 sqm comprising first class offices, shopping mall, hotels, service apartments, exhibition halls, conference and recreation facilities. The center will be expanded further by another 240,000 sqm through its new phase of development. We invite suitable applications for the following positions to be stationed in Beijing:

Reporting to the divisional director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing of our commercial property portfolio comprising the new landmark 81-storey China World Tower, two 37-storey office buildings and two blocks of low-rise offices. He/She will be involved primarily in negotiating new and renewal leases with multi-national companies, and the active promotion of our office portfolio.

Requirements:
- University degree in Real Estate, Marking or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years leasing experience in commercial properties;
- Excellent managerial, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Command of good English and Chinese language.
