Tasks:
General Management of all Chinese business (e.g. sales, marketing, operation management, service)
Development of sales and service strategies for the OEM-business and subsequent implementing
Further development of the brand in the Chinese market
Observation of the market and analysis of customer-, product-, and competition-related information
Direct reporting to the German HQ

Requirements:
Technical degree or degree in business administration with long technical experience
Excellent knowledge of the machine building industry and the relevant markets in China
General management experience in China with documented success including operation management
Market-oriented entrepreneur with an industrial management background
Excellent skills in Chinese and very good skills in English
