The role:
You will be a vital part of a significant investment in Russia and the Eastern Region
You will share the business vision and make it happen
You will inspire and lead a compact regional management team in a pivotal role with very high profile
You will extensively travel throughout a very large region
Fluency in Russian will be essential

The person:
Leading from the front, you must inspire and motivate by your personal example
You should have a degree in economics or engineering. An MBA would be appreciated
Substantial experience at management level in FMCG / automotive manufacturing will be required. Best manufacturing practice such as Lean / 6 Sigma or others is important
Already a dependable and fast-tracking supply chain manager, you must have experience of working in Russia
A holistic thinker, inspiring motivator, resourceful problem solver and financially astute professional, ideally you will have knowledge of FMCG / automotive industry in a pan European environment
