Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Responsible to take care, follow up, control and improvement for manufacturing performance to ensure that all aspect are achieve production KPIs (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety and ELS) , which provide an appropriate report to team.

Key Accountabilities:
Productivity, Quality, Machines and processes capability improvement.
Collect the data, record and analysis for all manufacturing process.
Follow up day-to-day improvement operation.
Develop the production people to complete skill matrix throughout company training policy.
Review standard work charts and material/process flow.
Recommends measures to improve line methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
Monitoring and improving line manufacturing, process control and support production for increasing efficiency and productivity.
Analysts and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
Coordinating with supporting group to support production manufacturing.
Managing the cost and time constrains of projects.
Support lean manufacturing, six sigma and TPM activities implementation.
Set up machines and equipment.
Teaching, coaching and transfer knowledge to production. 
Follow all company policies e.g. Value and ethics, Quality, EH&S, 5Ss.
Follow up and work upon supervisor's assignments

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
0-2 years experience in manufacturing process (Fresh graduate is welcome)
GPA is not less than 2.5
Good command of spoken and written in English
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and six sigma concept is a plus.
Proficient computer skills.
