Main tasks and responsibilities:
European business development of specific market segments for smart card, point of sales terminal, ebook and touch screen, home appliance control panels. Cross selling all business unit products including flexible printed circuits, printed electronics, flexible flat cable and associated contract assembly opportunities.
Prospecting, management of sales representatives in Europe, trade show organization.
Prospecting, identifying, presenting and closing new strategic direct business opportunities.
Managing existing strategic accounts, driving organic growth from within, developing new technology solutions.
Developing and executing marketing and sales plans for strategic markets.
Understanding and reporting market, competition and technology trends which effect the business unit competitive position.
Requirements and personal qualification:
Degree in electronic, mechanical, electrical engineering and experience in sales (6-10 years). Experience in the same branch is required
Knowledge of and demonstrated success at Fortune 1000 new sales and account management
Understanding of global program management, Blue Ocean Strategy, Asia communication process
Lead generation in strategic market segments

Good communicator
Native German speaker, fluent in English and ideally in French
Ready to travel within Europe (50-60%)
