Responsibilities:
•Lead the whole process of new product development from mechanical design, ensuring  meet product specification, costing and time target etc.
•Work with internal departments to meet the client’s requests related to technical issues including mechanical construction, artwork design and tooling issues etc.
•Oversee and design related rules in project execution
•Define & review specific measurement for ensuring the product quality and competence level
•Lead & review product evaluations & benchmarking
•Train and provide guidance to junior engineers

Requirements:
•University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
•At least 10 years of relevant experience and with around 8 years of manager exposure in design, qualification and development of Audio/Visual related products
•Good knowledge of mechanical design, qualification know-how, and design for manufacturing
•Proficient in English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Station in Huizhou factory from Monday to Friday is required
