- Provide consultations with clients and examine their physical condition
- Determine the root cause of ailments and recommend suitable treatments
- Provide advice and guidance regarding the client?fs diet, lifestyle, and work
- Perform reflexology treatments by applying gentle finger pressure to specific spots on the clients?f hands, feet or body to promote relaxation, relieve stress and improve health and well-being
- Perform other wellness treatments including general body massage using same theory of reflexology
- Train other staff members reflexology techniques
- Keep up-to-date on developments in the reflexology and other wellness service

Must be a registered as a Certified Safety Officer
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
Familiar with Health, Safety and Environmental issues for typical construction project and requirements by OSHA
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
