An exciting opportunity has arisen at Y-Fitness, the health and fitness arm of YMCA Auckland one of New Zealand’s leading fitness providers. Y-Fitness seek to appoint a full time Membership Sales Manager to lead, drive and manage new sales/business into their 8 fitness clubs.

THE ROLE
•Reporting directly to the Fitness Operations Manager
•Responsible for driving growth all 8 fitness clubs, achieving sales and KPI targets
•Supporting the fitness clubs with regards to sales management policy and processes
•Oversee and facilitate all training/workshops for all sales staff
•Coordinating and managing our existing corporate database and partnerships and identifying and procuring new regional and national corporate relationships

THE PERSON
Essential Criteria
•Must have 2-3 years sales management experience
•Proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets
•Experience of presenting at corporate, meeting and training level
•Exceptional customer services and communication skills (written and oral)
•Administration skills, including intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft packages
•Hold a full drivers licence
•Commercially knowledgeable and aware

Desirable Criteria
•Knowledge of the fitness industry would be advantageous
•Knowledge of CRM program
•Corporate database contacts
